I have been looking for a substitute for cream cheese due to health reasons, this book is great for that. Not only do I have these recipes, I can create more of my own. The recipes are easy to follow. I like tofu and am looking forward to having cheesecakes again.

I enjoyed trying out these recipes. There are many very tasty ones to choose from. Richard West is imaginative with his ideas and its nice to try something different.
Thanks for the sharing recipe. Vegan cheesecake tastes the same as regular and you can save the lives of countless cows. I would like to share my recipe to fellow vegans and lactose intolerant people.

The book has some interesting recipes, but sadly none of them are gluten free and almost all require tofu, it's not that gluten or soy products are bad, but there are many vegans like me who are gluten intolerant just as those who are allergic to soy so it would have been nice to see at least a pair of such recipes!
i have not tried any of the recipes but they all look delicious and wonderfully EASY to follow.
all the recipes seem simple and uncomplicated to follow and the ingredients are things you can buy from any supermarket.
